Additional ways to use your wedding photos
Print albums are great but having electronic versions of your memories can make them more accessible to others. All of these products are created by Elf Multimedia, the company I started that creates web sites, videos, DVDs, CD-ROMs and printed materials.

Web sites
We will create a custom web site just for you. It can be as elaborate as having your own domain name like www.SueandTom.com or be part of the Wedding Story Teller web site.

DVDs
We will create a custom DVD with your wedding photos. It can incorporate your wedding video also. If you aren't having a video of the wedding, we can do interviews with family and friends to create unending memories. A welcoming video of the bride and groom is a special touch. By setting up chapters on a DVD, viewers can quickly jump to the sections they want to view.

CD-ROMs
CD-ROMs have all the elements of a web site but add intensive audio along with more extensive photos and graphics. Although we don't like the performance of video on CD-ROM, we make it work.

VHS video tape
Much like a DVD, the VHS can incorporate still and video images. Unlike DVD, you can't easily find special moments on the tape.

Reception favors
This is my favorite. The person in charge says "You may now kiss the bride." I capture the moment forever. My team goes to work and we will have 2"X3" prints with your name and the date sitting on each plate at the start of the reception. We can also use your engagement photo and avoid the rush by having them done before the wedding day.

Thank you cards
Send a memory. Use your favorite wedding day photo as the cover of your thank you cards.

Other thoughts and details

Posed and formal photos
I am asked whether I do any posed photos. Sure, but not many. I typically will do a few formal posed shots of the bride and groom, and group shots of the bride and groom with parents and the wedding party. If you are looking for more posed and formal photos, I bring in an additional photographer to handle the formal photos.

Photographer Teams
Photographer teams are a perfect idea if your wedding is especially large (greater than 225 guests), the ceremony and reception locations are different or far apart, you would like pre-ceremony pictures of both the bride and groom at the same time or if you are interested in extensive formal shots. All photography teams will be quoted for you on an individual basis depending on your specific needs and requirements.

Overnight Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are required the night before an event when the photographer-assistant team must begin setting-up before noon on the day of the event and the location is more than two hours travel from Somerville, NJ. Overnight accommodations are required on the evening of the event when the event ends after midnight and the event location is more than one hour travel from Somerville, NJ.

Destination Wedding Travel
When travel to and from your locale is necessitated on the days surrounding the wedding due to air travel, weather uncertainty, customs, or sheer practicality we add a flat fee for our time. This fee compensates the photographer(s) and assistant(s) for hours on extra days spent traveling that might otherwise have been committed locally. Any event that requires airfare, hotels, travel days etc. will be estimated for you in a written proposal for your review.

Meal Requirement
A hot meal is required for each member of the photography team. This meal should be timed with the guests' main course so that no photo opportunities are missed while the photographer and crew eat for 15 minutes. Meal penalties of $125 per crew member will be charged when this courtesy is ignored.
